Walter and Sheila (mostly Sheila) and numerous talented friends have been making music for decades. The focus with programs organized by Walter is music performed in an authentic historical style, what ever historical era is selected.
This can range from parlor songs performed in a historic setting to an accompanying piano, guitar or what ever works for that venue, up to and including a full big band, playing for dancers or in concert format.
Also, for events set anywhere from the 1850s to the 1920s, we can combine our music and our "snake oil" salesman programs to create a "Medicine Show" style variety program.
You pick an era and we can make it happen. Here are a few video samples of past programs:
Sheila sings a parlor song (Come Take a Trip in my Airship) with a piano accompaniment.
Sheila sings "In My Merry Oldsmobile" at the Lanterman Ragtime Tea Dance, an annual event (since 2001) organized by Walter at the Lanterman Historic House in La Canada/Flntridge California.
